1. General Policy
Nextture Future Solutions operates on a milestone-based project structure. Refunds are considered based on the stage of work completed at the time of the request.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before project start: 100% refund of advance payment if work has not commenced within 7 days of payment.
- During project: Refund for undelivered milestones only, after deducting work-in-progress costs.
- After milestone delivery: No refund for completed and approved milestones.
- Subscription services: Pro-rated refund for unused months, minus setup costs.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, software licenses)
- Completed and client-approved design or development work
- Consulting or strategy sessions already conducted
4. How to Request a Refund
Email connect@nextture.online with your project ID, reason for refund, and supporting documentation. We will respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
