Nextture Future Solutions provides IT and digital services including web development, app development, cloud solutions, digital marketing, and related technology services as described in service agreements.
Projects are executed on a milestone-based payment schedule as agreed in the project proposal. Payments are non-refundable for completed milestones unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, all custom work created for a client becomes the client's property. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access credentials. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Nextture Future Solutions' maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
